Subtle marks, creases, and colour variations in the leather are not flaws—they are the natural characteristics of authentic, high-quality materials. Each piece is handcrafted with care and undergoes a thorough inspection before it reaches you.

As with any handmade item, signs of use and wear may develop over time. To extend the life of your product, refer to our Care + Cleaning page.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Interior 31, each order is carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Zones + Rates

We currently ship to Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Delivery Timelines

Canada

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order items ship within 1–2 weeks

  • Delivery: 2–7 business days

U.S. + Mexico

  • In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days

  • Made-to-order items ship within 1–2 weeks

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing

  • Orders placed after 12PM EST ship the next business day

  • Delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on location and order complexity

International Orders (U.S. + Mexico)

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your country’s authorities. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Tracking

All packages are shipped via courier. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.



RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your pieces as much as we do. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we accept exchanges within 15 business days of delivery, provided the item is in perfect condition with all tags attached.

To request an exchange, contact us and we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Please use a trackable shipping service and include your order number in the return package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or exchange according to our policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.
