Subtle marks, creases, and variations in tone are inherent to the materials used and are not considered flaws. Each piece is handcrafted and inspected prior to dispatch.

Over time, natural wear may develop with use. For guidance, please refer to our Care + Cleaning page.

Shipping

Orders ship from Toronto, Canada.


Shipping Rates

  • Canada — Complimentary

  • United States — $35 CAD

  • International (Mexico, France, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany) — $50 CAD

Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders:

  • United States — orders over $250

  • International — orders over $500

Shipping fees for qualifying orders are refunded after purchase.


Processing + Delivery

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order items ship within 1–2 weeks.

Estimated delivery:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 6–10 business days

  • International: 8–15 business days

Orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the following business day.

All shipments are sent via Canada Post. Tracking details are provided once dispatched.


Duties + Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Tracking

All packages are shipped via courier. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Returns

Due to the limited nature of each release, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Each case is reviewed individually.
