  • Share your ideas — sizes, materials, creative themes, moodboards, sketches, or inspiration images.

  • We review your submission and provide a short consultation. You’ll receive a detailed quote outlining timelines, material options, and any custom considerations.

  • We prepare digital renderings or physical swatches (as needed) for review before production.

  • Your pieces are handcrafted in our Toronto studio. Most projects are completed within 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity and materials.

  • Each piece arrives beautifully packaged with our signature branding, care instructions, a woven label, and a Certificate of Authenticity. Every detail is intentional.
